Service Plan

The whole service, in order, in one place.

Sunday rarely follows a slide deck. The MultiWorship plan holds songs, Scripture, video, photos, audio and notes as one ordered list — and each item goes live with a tap.

What goes in

Five kinds of items. One order.

Songs

Added from your library. Launching one opens it in the Live screen with its full section grid.

Video & photos

Sermon bumpers, announcements, backgrounds. Launching takes the output over full screen.

Audio

Tracks with a chosen visual behind them — text, a photo or a video background while the audio plays.

Notes

Read-only markers for the operator — “prayer”, “offering” — that keep the order honest.

Scripture

Put the passage on screen through Scripture Broadcast, in up to three translations.

Live behaviour

Launching is boring — by design.

Tap a plan item and it goes live: a song opens with its sections, media takes the screen over, and when it ends the flow comes back to you. The current item is always highlighted, on the Mac and on the phone. If a media file has gone missing since rehearsal, nothing crashes and nothing black-holes — the item simply doesn't start.

  • One tap on the Mac or the iPhone remote
  • Current plan item highlighted everywhere
  • Missing files are safe no-ops, never crashes
  • Operator preview that never touches the output

Plan on Thursday. Breathe on Sunday.
